I have 6 or 7 foam insulated coolers. I collected them this year thinking you could use them for the outside kitty houses. Would you be interested in taking them for the project on the 18th? They are in my garage. I would be more than happy to donate if someone could pick them up from my house. I am in Kalispell on 6th Ave w. I work 7 to 330 m-fr at the hospital but I could put them outside if someone says they can pick them up. ... See MoreSee Less

The little dog that was hit by the car tonight is back with it's owner and seems to be doing fine. It was picked up by the owner's son in a black pickup. The owner drove over to us and told us about it so we could stop looking. Her little dog is a Yorkie Pomeranian mix...so not Sophie. A big thank you to Cheryl Nelson, Laurie, Angie and of course, Sophie's owner Jeralyn for helping us tonight. ... See MoreSee Less

KittyMOM’s Rescue Organization is sponsoring a winter cat shelter workshop on Sunday, October 30th, 1pm to 4pm at the Kalispell Elks Club, 1820 Hwy 93 S.  All materials are provided.  Anyone who cares for barn cats, feral cats or stray cats is invited to help assemble the shelters and take home what you need.  Cat food will be provided for those that need it. Volunteers will be there to answer questions about trapping and spaying and neutering.   For more information call Sassi at 756-6907.

KittyMOM’s Rescue is a local non-profit, 501(3)c organization that is working hard in our community to keep our cats safe and warm this winter.

KittyMOM’s Rescue has once a month adoption events at the Aquarium Shop in Kalispell!  They are the last Saturday each month.  All kittens and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, litterbox trained and healthy.  The adoption fee is $55.00.  We will always take a kitten or cat back if it doesn’t work out for any reason.  We have a short application form and it is very important for us to place the right cat with the right family so those kitties never have to be rehomed again.  For more info call Darcy at 752-4460.  You can view our adoptable cats and kittens on the Facebook page at www.facebook.com/kittymoms.rescue

NEWSFLASH!

KittyMOM’s Rescue is deeply honored to be the recipient of a $7000 grant from the Petco Foundation to upgrade our facility and help our kitties be more comfortable until they are adopted. Thank you Petco from the bottom of our hearts. We are so grateful for your generosity and your support for our rescue efforts.
